You will need:

• a medium-sized play space

What to do:

• children stand so they can see the leader "Frosty"
• "Frosty" will command them to do things
• if Frosty says, then the children must do it
• if Frosty doesn't say to do it, then don't do it
• (i.e "Frosty says, stand on one leg"- all children will stand on one leg; "Touch your toes"- all children will simply stand there and do nothing because Frosty didn't say)
• no-one goes out, just say, "I gotcha!" if they make a mistake, laugh and keep going
• encourage children to listen carefully

Variation:

• let various children become the leader
