You will need:

• chip boxes or cereal boxes to cut bases from
• one toilet paper roll for each child
• one black paper hat for each snowman
• one cardboard base for each snowman
• one orange paper carrot-shaped nose
• two rolly eyes for each snowman
• white glue
• crayons or water-based non-toxic markers

What to do:

• pre-cut the toilet rolls in half (one for the head and one for the body)
• pre-cut out the cardboard base for the snowman to stand on
• pre-cut out the little black hats and carrot-shaped noses for younger children, but encourage older children to do this on their own
• children glue the head and body together
• then glue body onto the base
• glue on hat, eyes, and nose
• draw on a mouth using crayons or markers
• twist pipe cleaner around neck when glue is set
• label work
• clean up
