What to do:

• using contrasting colors of paint, children use straws to celebrate the special day by creating a special picture.

  How to do it:

• stir mixture in a shallow dish (ie. small sour cream or margarine container)
• blow into mixture with a straw planted firmly onto the base of the dish
• generate bubbles so that they overflow the container and begin to spill out
• trap bubbles by laying paper over dish or scoop bubbles onto paper in a heap
• proceed to ‘paint the stack of bubbles with a small paint brush and another color of bubble paint to create an interesting effect
• dry flat
