fabric tid-bits, etc.)

yarn and two pieces of masking tape for each child to make a hook
to hang their picture up later
What
to do:
- draw on a
dinosaur and it’s surroundings (ie. volcano, sun, grass, trees,
etc.)
- encourage
children to glue circle into the middle of their lids to cover any
printed matter on the lid surface
- decorate dinosaur
picture using assorted ‘things’ and glue
- turn lid over
carefully noting which way is up’ (sometimes it helps to pre-mark
a black dot on the lids and tell the children that this is the ‘top
of their picture to make adding a handle easier later on)
- attach yarn
handle in two places using masking tape
- label work
- clean up
