You will need:
- a colored block
tower game board from heavy paper or cardboard
- squares of paper
to fit on the block tower
- a box to store
the game in
What to do:
- pre-make the
game board on a large sheet of heavy paper
- pre-make the
‘blocks’ to fit on the game board (large
squares on the bottom; medium in the middle; small on the top)
- make sets
of blocks the same color
- encourage
child to match the blocks to the right color and the right size
- child knows
he/she has done correctly if the towers look right (ie.
they fit exactly on top of the ones drawn on the game board)
